Maybe she was Kendall's secretary and he was so used to her having access to the safe that he simply forgot about it. Ot else the prospective buyers of the neutrotope gave her a quick course in lock picking when they were discussing the deal.

What I'd like to know is how Sara got that body onto that high shelf.
