Anyone who thinks Boucher is God needs to see Star Cops. Which part of the world are you living in? Leela had something of Blake about her - she had an innate sense of justice and fair play and was always willing to stick up for the underdog, even at risk to herself. But if the only way to do that was to stick a knife in a bad guy, she would. The Doctor didn't entirely succeed in stopping her.
