It's more complicated than that, though. The drawings are of (generally better-looking) versions of the characters played by the actors 20 years ago, not of the actors themselves, although I can certainly sympathize with discomfort caused by such images. Would I like it done to me? Well, sure, why not? If someone wanted to devote the time and effort, it would fall into the "only mistaken, not betrayed" category.
