Nuh-uh. What was proposed was that anyone wishing to hold *their own* relatively private side-discussion take it elsewhere to keep others from intruding. What you implied was that anyone wishing to hold forth on a topic that *someone else* considers inappropriate take it elsewhere. One is a voluntary desire by those conducting the thread. The other is a wish for a thread to go elsewhere, by an outsider to the thread. Big difference.
