If anyone can pass a message to Sheelagh Wells, I would appreciate it. I have already notified Judith Proctor. But I am trying to hit as many bases as I can.
A copy of the actual B7 blooper tape is up on Ebay again, being sold by Krinoid. This is the 5th time the tape has appeared. Krinoid is hoping to make it quick by putting the tape on Ebay today (the 20th) and making the bidding end the 23rd. He must hope that no one will get the news to Sheelagh in time to stop him.
The first time the tape sold for about $60 (this was approximately in November 2000), the second for about $50, and the third time for about $20. The fourth time (which wasn't all that long ago) he retracted the tape. And I've been told it was because Sheelagh Wells found out about it and contacted him. Now, I figure that she needs to be told that the tape is up again on Ebay for bidding.
The number item is 1425400573.
If any of you can pass this information on to Sheelagh, it will be appreciated.
And, please, do not bid on this item. It is totally unethical for Krinoid to be selling this tape in the first place. It is only supposed to be shown at conventions and not be in anyone's personal collection except for Sheelagh's and possibly some other people that have been designated. But even if it were ethical to sell the tape, I do not believe it is ethical to be selling homemade copies of the same tape over and over again. He has already made over $100 on this tape and evidentally plans on milking this for as long as he can.
If any of you have Sheelagh's Email addy or telepone number, please let her know this information immediately.
If any of you would like to go to Ebay and complain directly to Krinoid about it yourself, you can go to item 1425400573 and as long as you are a member of Ebay you can contact the seller directly from the site describing the blooper tape.
Also, please beware of ever selling or trading tapes to Krinoid@aol.com because obviously he has a habit of making money off of tapes.
I know he personally recently wanted to get some more tapes from me, like the Wolf 359 tape where "Blake" appeared, and I refused him. (In the past, two or more years ago, I did trade tapes and information with him. This was before he ever got on Ebay.) He was also recently wanting names and addresses of other people with tape collections and again I refused him--whereas in the past I had given him names. I just urge you to be very cautious with your tape collections when dealing with this person. I'm just sorry I ever had anything to do with him, and I refuse to do any business with him now at all. I'm sure most of what he trades in is ethical, but I am just not taking any chances with him now.
