If anything, just the opposite...in Space Fall, Jenna says that hyperspace running is expensive. And, since Exbar is a prison planet with an unpleasant climate, I don't know if there's enough tourist traffic to have competitive cheap flights. But then, we don't know if there's any form of private enterprise, in or outside the "airline" industry.
