It occurred to me this morning that the women (Diane, Annie, Judith) who have been under attack are three of the fans who have contributed the most to B7 over the years. I certainly appreciate all of their contributions.
Just because they have contributed to fandom in the past it doesn't mean that they should not to be taken on about some of their other actions. Diane Gies is not alway right, true, I've heard she can have a nasty tempter, but she kept the fan club going for twenty years and although I don't agree with her on many things she still acts as a strong apposing force to the more unpleasent areas of fandom. Fans should have respect for the actors and doing pornographic drawing of them in various positions of sexual activity is an abuse of fan power. The question you have to ask yourself is "Would I like it done to me?" You know what the answer is.
