Every time he even tries to do the right thing, all hell breaks loose. He wouldn't have killed Anna if he'd just said, "Oh, that's all water under the bridge," and he wouldn't have killed Blake if he'd a) forgotten all about him or at least pretended to or b) arrived at GP and said, bounty hunter, schmounty hunter, I couldn't care less.
