Bad example. The only sample of Thomas the Tank Engine slash I've seen was a parody drabble using the language of the railway books themselves to demonstrate that if one has a filthy enough mind one can see slash in anything. Any child that could see the sexual connotation in that drabble has gone beyond needing protecting from the concept of sex.
