You can always do as I do, and receive neither message by message nor digest, and read it online at http://tezcatlipoca.algonet.se/
Messages arrive there within seconds of being sent, you have all the convenience of the digest, you can ignore topics and posters you're not interested in, and you don't get long message headers.
