Non-dominant CAN mean equal, rather than submissive. You complain about
others not thinking before they write, and then come up with this?

I never said we couldn't hold our own. I just think they would be
annoying IRL. It's my way of reversing the question of whether Avon or
anyone would space any of us... why not ask if *we* would put up with
them.

Gan does not try to dominate or annoy people. His chip only keeps him
from using lethal violence. I DON'T consider that nuetered. Vila should
not make passes at me because I am a happily married woman.
However, those two would not
a) order me into danger
b) gratutiously insult me because I'm not from their educational system
c) try to space me
d) leave me out of the planning
I don't however trust Blake, Avon or Tarrant not to do most or all of
the above.
I *was* being flippant; I probably wouldn't really strand them on
planet, rather, walk away from the situation while I could. I'm not a
thief, after all. But I am serious about finding the company of men who
respect me preferble to those who don't. The same goes for women. I
don't need to be liked, but I do need respect.
