Have you reimplemented all the stuff from NSTree.pmod in Tree.pmod so that the former can be deprecated?

A related question: Would there be any savings to speak about in terms of memory usage to implement (parts of) Parser.XML.Tree in C? That module is one of the bottlenecks in autodoc-work (and I would assume in Roxen CMS as well).

wouldn't that boil down to adding glue to an xml lib? (though i don't think that is for 7.6)
