I've messed around with the wx module and have updated it so that it builds with pike -x module.

this updated code builds on mac os x with wx mac installed, but i think there are some problems with the module on os x that aren't related to the updated build process.

i've put the code at:

for the maintainer to look at; i misplaced his email, so hopefully this will make it to his inbox :)
