I've put some effort in the reference manual generation during the last days. The predef namespace is now the default namespace, but the other ones are still available and crosslinks works. If you have any suggestions while I'm at it, now is the time to communicate it...
Looks good. I think it'd be nice to have the other namespaces listed in a single line below the current one.
Another issue: Many identifiers are missing in Parser.HTML, e.g. Parser.HTML.xml_tag_syntax. Perhaps it's a "Mirardoc" problem.

Nope. They are for some reason grouped in the last stage of the generation. Only one of the possible functions with the same documentation page show up in the list to the left.

The grouping was tinkered with by the resolver. Grubba was the last to touch the faulty code, but it is probably Norlins fault.
