Regexp.PCRE compilation failures

There are several undefined symbols on my system (node name "hugo" on Pikefarm), I guess because I've PCRE v3.9 installed (a bit outdated, but included in recent SuSe Linux).

Fixed (I hope).

Hi,

There are several undefined symbols on my system (node name "hugo" on Pikefarm), I guess because I've PCRE v3.9 installed (a bit outdated, but included in recent SuSe Linux).

Any chances to fix that? :) I would suggest to surround #ifdefs around specific options, not only around pcre_fullinfo().
