Notable changes from the last beta are:
* Support for RFC 5746 "TLS Renegotiation Indication Extension" in SSL.
* Typed query result support in Sql.Sql and in the MySQL module.
* Made some changes to the Windows build that might/should fix the problems with GTK2 and missing files.
