Try adding tihi.c as a directory instead.

It allows us to do "hard" changes in the CVS tree, like renaming directories and convert a file into a directory (consider .pmod).
Using branch can allow you doing that as well... It is just a bit different...
eg instead of mv toto.c,v titi.c,v you have to do cp toto.c,v titi.c,v and do a cvs remove on all branch you don't need this file...
