Is there a smart way to have the file module define two modules, one builtin and one that can be inherited into System.pmod, to avoid having new, nongeneric things as either efuns or in Stdio?

What difference does it make if the functions recide in the System module, but is available in the Stdio module, or really are in the Stdio module?

If it's not in the Stdio module it is possible to lazy-load that code.
