Just posted on the list:
A Pike distribution for windows can now be downloaded from ftp://pike.ida.liu.se/pub/pike/all/7.4.10. It includes GTK support but several other modules with external dependencies are broken. Most noteworthy the Gz module.
During the three days Per Hedbor and I spent bring the win32 build up to full speed with the Unix build we have fixed a beta build from CVS though. It has working Gz, GTK, SDL, OpenGL and Freetype:

NB: The builds are tested on several XP machines, but we didn't have time or energy to set up test environments for other win32 versions.
