Hello all-

I’ve prepared a new 8.0 beta release and have uploaded it to:

This release is more or less green across the board. I’d like to get some feedback on binary builds, so if anyone has more than one system alike, I’d be appreciative if you could do a make bin_export and then test the result somewhere else.

Any comments or problem reports are welcome… if I don’t hear any complaints in the next week or so, I’ll announce this as an official stable version and start trying to remember how I did the last windows build :/.
