Exactly what are you using? Server or client part of SSL? Do you use SSL directly or through Protocols.HTTP or Protocols.HTTP.Server? There is nobody with a direct responsibility for the http protocol module, nor the SSL module (as responsibility implies some sort of obligation). I have however spend some time working with the HTTP server module, so I have at least some knowledge of that part.
