It has been time for a new Pike 7.4 release for some time. How about setting sunday as a goal for source release and binaries after that as they become ready?

I've made a quick summary of the changes from 7.4.10 up to 2003-03-18 21:25:45. The changes with quotations are raw CVS messages that are a bit lacking in information. Those of you responsible for them (mostly grubba I think) please make a sentence or two describing the actual bug fixed. Also, please add descriptions of changes made after 2003-03-18 21:25:45.
