There is a new 7.6 win32 beta on ftp, but since I forsee problems accessing it I've also uploaded it to http://www.lysator.liu.se/~zino/Pike-7.6.13-win32-bhelliom-beta1.exe
It is tested to the extent that I have started Hilfe and written "indices(SDL);" which worked well enough. It should also included all needed DLLs.
Known misfeature: The pike binary doesn't have an icon.
I suggest we put out another dist the next few days for all platforms if the EXIM bug is fixed.

The only thing I can see is that ULONG_MAX might not be the correct limit for size_t. It's rather SIZE_MAX, but I believe that's a C99 addition along with its stdint.h header file, so configure goo would probably be necessary to use it.

A note: a workaround for the access problem is to avoid using passive FTP. Active FTP has worked fine for me every time I've tried it during the last few months, and it worked fine for
ftp://pike.ida.liu.se//pub/pike/beta/7.6.13-20040912/Pike-7.6.13-win32-bhelliom-beta1.exe
too.
(And no, I haven't heard anything more from the people who are tracking the network troubles yet. Perhaps it's time to check with them again this week...)
