If someone else would like to try to compile Pike on MinGW I've made an installer for the environment I use (MinGW, MSYS, autoconf, GMP, Nettle)

I will give it a shoot tomorrow. I'm a bit curious about the problems I had with the other installer you made me. I got plenty of problems, which, in retrospect, may very well have been caused by the fact that my system is a SMP system.
