In accordance with the nameing standard for the rest of the modules. This should preferable be done before non-core hackers start to check things out as it will break checked out copies.
The system module uses the module name "_system" in Pike. There is no module named "system".

Yes. It is reasonable that the directories are named the same as the modules they produce, so _system is a better name of the directory.

System resides in lib/modules. src/modules/system should be renamed to _system if anything.
