code librarian and pikefarm are not picking up any changes from cvs since this morning. any ideas what could be the issue?

No, not really, but I just restarted /etc/init.d/code_librarian now, and it seems o have done the trick, from what I can tell.
strange. the only glitch in the end seemed to be that checkin 1.49 to lib/modules/Tools.pmod/AutoDoc.pmod/PikeParser.pike did not trigger an update and didn't appear in code_librarian either until your restart or until the checkin of 1.5

There was a broken notification file in /pike/data/cl-notify/ which the indexer didn't like ==> termination. I removed the broken file and restarted the indexer once more yesterday evening, and it seems to have stayed alive.
