since your participation is a key to a successfull conference, i'd like to ask you to suggest a date-range that is most suitable to you.

i am personally thinking about the beginning of the university summer holidays. is that a good time? (when do holidays start for you?)

any other suggestions? the date needs to be set pretty soon, because room-bookings depend on it. so don't hesitate to share your thoughts now.
