Should the end of the ranges array really look like
{0x01d1aa,0x01d1ad}, {0x0e0100-0x10fffd} };
?
(I don't know what this is used for).
Yes, it's generated by make_wordbits.pike in the same directory. I just patched it to generate {0x0e0100,0x10fffd} on the last line, whatever that might fix. :)
