I've moved the latest 7.8 (7.8.866) build to the "all" directory and created a symbolic link to latest-stable.

Please feel free to download and upload binaries if you're into such things. Do let me know if any problems are discovered... if all goes well I'll announce things on the main mailing list sometime tomorrow.
