I'm currently using none under Windows. I downloaded zino-3 from the Dreamsnes site, and try to install it on a Win 2000 workstation, Spanish/Latin American.

After a while the exe stars, it is terminated. The log in the event viewer is (I guess there is no need for translation):

Hmm. That is "a bit" vague, and gmtime is not affected by locale, so I can't do much about it.

There is an English W2000 around, IIRC I get Pike running once there six months ago, now I get this same result.

You don't by any chance have a debugger installed?
