AIDO uses it as well. Mainly through SSL, but it also uses Crypto.md5().

Primarily Roxen through SSL.pmod. There's also various other code in Roxen that use the hash algorithms, randomness generators etc. So it's not exactly an unused module that just sits around collecting dust.
