I don't think the FFT is in use anywhere. I implemented it a long time ago because I wanted to do FFT for some project and thought it would be neat to have it in pike.
There is lots of potential for using FFTs and other transforms, but non of them are in use in pike atm.
Thus, the easiest solution is just to skip that module for now.
