Uh, the dump order, and thus the dump behaviour, will be deterministic within a specific Pike _release_, which means that if it dumps ok in pikefarm, it will dump ok at the end users machine as well.

The dump order will be, but not the dump behavior since not all file names are sent to the dump program at once. It will be deterministic within a specific Pike tree though, which is better than today.
