Btw, I've updated lots of things in the design document according the last week's discussions (here and IRL). Latest version is always in multi-cpu.txt in srb's pikex git repository:
git clone git://pike-git.lysator.liu.se/pikex
I can repost the major changes here for those who don't want to use git, but there are a couple more things I'd like to add first.
