Pike has its history in LPC, but isn't written to be a MUD language. LPC4, a precursor to µLPC (later renamed to Pike), started a mud when you have it no other parameters. However LPC4 was derived from LPC rather than written from scratch.
This is not saying that Pike isn't suitable for MUDs - it might very well be. It's just not written for it. Also to the best of my knowledge there are no other MUDs written in Pike.

Given Pike's origin I find it somewhat strange that there's not many references to any MUD's in Pike. The only one I know of is Hubbe's YumeMUD and the one I'm currently working on.
I recommended Pike on a vworld mailing list and got as a response that they couldn't find anything about it on the Pike web site. I know that the only text mentioning it before was on the testimonials page, but that text isn't there anymore. It's a shame since I'm having problem getting vworld developers to be interested in Pike when it's not "encouraged" on the Pike pages.
Anybody got any links to Pike MUD's I could forward? Except YumeMUD then :)
