Well, my plan is to use --traditional and install the executable as /usr/bin/pike7.6. The alternatives system takes care of the symlink from /usr/bin/pike (via /etc/alternatives/pike). The shellscripts that merely call pike with some parameter (hilfe and rsif) weren't included before and still won't be. Modules and stuff will be installed in /usr/lib/pike/7.6.112 (without the extra /lib/ level).
