make install throws complains a lot:
Could not resolv Getopt. (Perhaps the installed pike tree has been moved.) lib/master.pike:2346: master()->__lambda_65600_1_line_2343("Getopt",UNDEFINED) [ ... repeated 18 more times ... ] Dumping of some modules failed (not fatal) (0x0000000a) Pike installation completed successfully.
Is that of any consequence at all?
