Maybe tWarn(non-warn-type,warn-type)? Works as or, but gives a warning if the second type is matched.
tWarn(tOrN(tFunction(tInt tInt,tInt01), tFunction(tString tString,tInt01), ...), tFunction(tMix tMix,tInt01))
or so.
