The Cygwin machine in Xenofarm now compiles _Image_JPEG without any trouble. It has other problems though, not introduced by me (I think).
Yeah found it... I will try to fix this today :)
Fixed... Pike now compiles on Cygwin... There is just some problems now about testsuite... But pike now compiles :)
