There shouldn't be, since the prototype of f_werror() does not include PMOD_EXPORT.

The two cases in Pike can easily be removed though: in f_exit in builtin_functions.c an apply call can be made. in main.c, using e.g. Pike_vsnprintf instead might work.
The question is if any external C modules uses f_werror.
