My email program is set to send out UTF-8, so with your indulgence, here are some characters from a few different languages' character sets, just to test how they will appear to you all:

(I don't know most of these languages, so the words formed will often make no sense, but the characters should be reasonable.)
As far as I can tell, I get all the languages you list (although not quite in that order).
