Attn: Sir, I am the Foreign Exchange Manager of STANDARD BANK of SOUTH AFRICA PRETORIA . In my department I discovered an abandoned sum of USD $30. MILLION US DOLLARS (THIRTY MILLION, US DOLLARS). In an account that belong to one of our foreign customer, who died along with his wife and and Two childred in January 2000 in KENYA AIRWAYS PLANE CRASH. Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we cannot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the deceased as indicated in our banking guidelines but unfortunately we learnt that all his supposed next of kin died alongside with him in the plane crash leaving nobody behind for the claim. It is therefore upon this discovery that I in my department now decided to make this business proposals to you and release the money to you as next of kin or relation to the deceased for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobody is coming for it and I don't want this money to go into the bank treasury as unclaimed Bill. The banking Law and Guidelines here stipulates that if such money remains unclaimed after five years, the money will be forfeited into the bank treasury as unclaimed fund. The request of foreigner in this transaction is necessary because our client was a foreigner and a South Africa cannot stand as next of kin to a foreigner. I agree that 35% of this money will be for you as foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign account, 5% for incidental expenses and 60% would be for me, after which I shall visit your country for disbursement according to the percentages indicated. Therefore to enable the immediately transfer of this fund to your account as arranged, you must apply first to the bank and send your account number, your bank fax and phone numbers, your private telephone and fax number for easy and effective communication and location where the money will be remitted. [$12.5m] kept in custody for us in a security company deposited as personal belongings. This money was deposited with this Private Security Company for Safety and security reasons, and was to be used for the purchase Of land, new machines and chemicals establishment of new farms in Botswana. This violent and barbaric act by Mugabe has since led to the death of my beloved mother and kid sister and other innocent lives. I was continually threatened to abandon my inheritance from my father after he was murdered. I resisted for a while, but when the danger became unbearable, and I survived two murder attempts, I fled Zimbabwe with the help of my father's close friend Mr. John Casannas from Australia also a farmer who was leaving in Zimbabwe with us but left with his family following this ugly development I have tried to reach him but all to no avail. I am currently staying in the Netherlands where I am seeking political asylum. In fact my decision to come here to seek asylum, is because the security company from South Africa, has a branch here, I have contacted them to move the safe deposit from their office in Johannesburg to The affiliate office here in Amsterdam The Netherlands which they are waiting further directives from me before they effect the movement. I need to transfer this money to an account and invest part of the Money. Since the law of Netherlands prohibits a refugee (Asylum Seeker) to open any bank account or to be involved in any financial Transaction, this is why I am seeking a genuine and reliable Partner, whose account this money can be transferred after the consignment must have been duely transferred from South Africa, hence your involvement in this venture.
