It seems to have happend after commit
dcf57dec52f15cda0dc07bbaf2198a250b37030c

Do you still get the issue if you "rm -rf *; git checkout -f" and
rebuild from scratch? Every once in a while, something breaks in the
build, and old files get left behind or something.

I say this because I successfully built just fine with
500a1055ee4b5596436c9ac3f8bf6312a0c5e551.
