A foreign owned company is looking for Administrative representative to assist in the day to day cooperation to the customers.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
Administrating day-to-day financial responsibilities for our clients data input capable to fast reply to all emails
coming from your personal HR Manager Preparing brief summary reports, and weekly financial reports

SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Communication skills
2. Ability of holding conversations
3. Minimal administrative skills
4. Constantly available on the phone during the daytime

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING IN THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE:
Office administration
Call handling
Customer service
Email correspondence
Database management

HOURS:
- Part-time working day (1-3 hours a day)

REMUNERATION:
Base salary (EURO 3800/month) + bonus

AGE: at least 23 years old, or older
