Location, Location, Location.

Joao Pessoa, Paraiba, North East Brazil

Having a development in a booming country is one thing having it in the correct location is another. Joao Pessoa the capital city of the state of Paraiba is only a short distance from Tambaba Country Club Resort but is already making its mark within the north east region of Brazil.

Seen as the jewel in the crown because of its affluent surroundings, João Pessoa has a tropical climate with hot temperatures and relative humidity throughout the year. Joao Pessoa has approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) of beaches (both residential and virgin) as well as many small, natural islands. In addition it has many green areas distributed among its avenues, parks, and residential neighbourhoods, which support its claim as "the second greenest city in the world" with more than 7 square kilometres (2.7 sq mi) of forested land, second only to Paris. It was therefore no surprise to see Joao Pessoa as the city of choice for the building of the futuristic modern International Convention Centre.

Brazil Facts
The first person to make an 'unassisted' flight in an aircraft (i.e. a heavier-than-air machine, not a balloon) was the Brazilian Albert Santos-Dumont, who piloted the 14 Bis over a distance of about 60 metres, at the modest altitude of 2-3 metres, in Paris on 23 October 1906. The Wright brothers had flown a similar distance in the United States in December 1903, but in order to become airborne their machine required launch rails and a catapult.

" The management of Tambaba Country Club Resort is pleased to announce that they are organising an Inspection trip for existing clients who have already purchased a Freehold Land Plot or to anyone who is interested in purchasing. For those who already own their Land Plot this is an opportunity to not only see the Resort but to stand on the land they own. For those who are considering purchasing it’s an opportunity to see and talk with the team as well as being able to meet with existing land owners"
