USBAT 0.5.4 for Linux 2.6

Hi,

Sorry for the lack of activity lately. Preperation for Gentoo's first 2005 
release has kept me busy.

Anyway, this release is primarily for Jon. I previously added in a check, 
where it checked that the device advertises that data is ready before reading 
the partition table, as this solved a bug I was happening. But it looks like 
Jon's device doesn't advertise that this is ready (it doesnt report failure 
though). So I've relaxed this check in hope that the data can be read 
anyway... Jon, please test.

Also, if people are still experiencing delays when changing media, please 
provide me with full debugging info. Preferably in the format I mentioned a 
few releases ago, with 60 seconds between each "event". The way that Jon did 
this in his last report was perfect, thanks :)
